i just regret that i didnt go for badminton today coz my mom doesnt allow me AGAIN!
like my mom say, to prevent from H1N1 u must eat alot fruits and not to wonder around.
soo.. i decided to eat organic food for the whole week! lol.

i ate 3 apples a day (tiny ones)
